“Thanks to the financial support of the European Union – NextGenerationEU within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) , we have carried out significant actions to improve the energy efficiency of our facilities.

This project, with a total eligible budget of €105,386.71 (Tax Base) , consisted mainly of:

Replacing and improving the energy efficiency of dishwashers: To optimize water and energy consumption during cleaning.
Replacement and improvement of energy efficiency of ovens: To reduce energy consumption in cooking processes.
Energy efficiency improvement installation for ice cube trays: To optimize performance and consumption in ice production.
Replacement and improvement of energy efficiency of compressors and evaporators: To optimize performance and reduce power consumption of refrigeration systems.

The total investment subsidized for this action amounts to €67,545.49.

This project, with a total budget of €94,172.37 (Tax Base) , consisted mainly of:

Improving Heating and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Systems: To optimize energy consumption in these services. Installing waste management containers: Promoting more efficient and responsible waste management.

Implementation of motor drives: To optimize performance and reduce the power consumption of our equipment.

Conducting training and awareness sessions: To engage our staff in good energy-saving and sustainability practices.

The total investment subsidized for this action amounts to €65,920.66.

This initiative reaffirms our commitment to sustainability and the energy transition, contributing to a greener and more efficient future.”
